We can refund your order if:

  1. Your order is not shipped yet.
  2. Your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days from the shipping date. It is possible that your package has been lost or got stuck in transit, which means that your package is no longer progressing towards your delivery address.
  3. Your product is defective or damaged at the arrival of your order.

We can not cancel or refund your order if:

  1. Your order is shipped and is on it’s way to your delivery address.
  2. You ask for a replacement of the product (different size and/or product type).
  3. You want to return or exchange your order. Due sanitary and safety reasons; we don”t accept returned products.
  4. The shipping information states that your order is delivered within 30 days of the shipping date, but you didn’t receive or collect your package. The postman or courier could have left a message to pick up your package at the post office or pickup point. You are responsible for collecting your package at a pickup point or reschedule the delivery of the package with your local post office.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you meet the refund requirements, please contact our customer service to request a refund of your order.

Once your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

Returns or exchanges

Delivered products (opened or unopened) can not be returned or exchanged. Due to sanitary and safety reasons, we don’t accept returned products.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
